Because our group shares private information and because we want members to feel safe communicating freely, we ask that all new members answer a few quick questions before joining. To join, email email@example.com. Upon requesting to join, please check your email for correspondence from one of our admins. Once the screening process is completed, you will then be a member of UHSG and you will receive instructions on how to join our Google group and you will be able to join our Facebook page.
NOTE: Our primary means of communication about policy and upcoming events in our Google group; the Facebook page exists to allow easy correspondence between members of UHSG.
We ask that members remove themselves from the group within six months of leaving the KMC. Once a year UHSG will conduct a "check-in
event" with members. Unresponsive members will be removed. Members
removed by mistake can re-join at anytime.
